SWIFTPREMIER Warranty
Swift Sport Optics warrants all SwiftPremier
HP (High Performance) and SwiftPremier
binoculars and spotting scopes from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of Twenty Five (25) years.
SWIFTRELIANT Warranty
Swift Sport Optics warrants all SwiftReliant products from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Five (5) years. This includes all SwiftReliant binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescope and pistol scopes.
RIFLESCOPE AND PISTOLSCOPE WARRANTY REPAIR AND SERVICE
All service, repair and returned merchandise must be issued a Return For Inspection number (RFI). Please contact us at 877.MYSWIFT (877.697.9438), or by email, info@swift-sportoptics.com to receive your RFI. All merchandise sent without a valid RFI will be returned to the shipper.
Please include the following when returning your Swift rifle or pistol scope for inspection:
1. RFI number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
2. A check/money order for $25.00 to cover shipping, handling, and inspection.
3. A brief explanation of the defect.
Please pack your merchandise carefully to prevent damage in transit. If for some reason your merchandise is not covered under warranty, you will be contacted with low cost options for repair or replacement.No products or packages will be accepted at the Swift Sport Optics PO Box 1468. This PO Box is reserved for
Product Registration Cards ONLY.
BINOCULAR, MONOCULAR AND SPOTTING SCOPE WARRANTY REPAIR AND SERVICE
Land Sea and Sky completes our binocular, monocular, and spotting scope repair and warranty work. If you have any questions regarding your Swift products in these categories, please contact Land Sea and Sky at 713.529.3551 or go to Landseaskyco.com.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, at its option, Swift will either (1) Repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
Swift products purchased outside North America are not included in this warranty, but are covered under separate warranties issued by Swift International, BV. Please call your local International Distributor for details. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Swift reserves the right to change product specifications or to discontinue products without prior notice.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product (1) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by Swift, (2) which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instruction provided by Swift, (3) which has been altered or damaged by accident, (4) which has been subjected to unusual physical stress, misuse, abuse, or negligence or (5) which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions.
ITEMS NOT COVERED include but are not limited to: product alignment, general cleaning and maintenance of the product, carrying/neck straps, ocular and objective lens covers/protective dust caps, general wear and tear of rubber eyecups/eye pieces, pouches and/or cases.
